Issuer Website · IR/ESG
The IR hub and ESG hub are two information centers on an issuer's website that consolidate what investors, analysts, and raters seek. The IR hub holds reports, stock information, AGM schedule & results, disclosures, and IR contact. The ESG hub holds sustainability strategy, materiality, a GRI index, climate data (Scope 1–3), social & governance topics, and a sustainability-report archive. Both should be bilingual and easy to find.
Clear navigation, stable URLs, descriptive titles, and schema markup (Organization, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList) help investors and AI engines find and cite the correct information.
The IR hub focuses on financial and corporate information for investors (reports, stock, AGM, disclosures). The ESG hub focuses on sustainability (strategy, materiality, environmental/social/governance data, GRI/PSPK index).
Sustainability reporting is required by POJK 51/2017; presenting it as a structured ESG hub helps investors, analysts, and raters find it, though the hub format itself is not specifically mandated.
For issuers, official disclosure follows SEOJK 16/2021, which sets equivalence between Indonesian and English annual reports. Good practice applies a similar principle to the hubs.
Present information with clear structure, official sources, and schema markup; keep consistency across channels so AI finds one authoritative version.
SAMCGI builds corporate websites, IR hubs, and ESG hubs that become the official reference, easy to find for investors, analysts, and AI engines. We prepare the structure; content and data remain yours.
