We worked with Allianz Indonesia for the biggest purpose: to be positively impactful for society. Developing animated characters Alya and Alli to socialize the digital customer portal Allianz eAZY Connect. We built strong connection through game animation and chat box dialogues to increase engagement with customers tuned in millennials and Gen Z. It conveys the words to provide the best customer services, keep the earth safe for everyone, and add more value to goodness in life.
